1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PERIMETER
By accessing jessicajeanneconsulting.com or authorizing the PPIA Method™, you agree to these Terms. These terms constitute a binding fiduciary agreement under Utah Law. If you do not align with this Strategic Perimeter, you are prohibited from utilizing the site or its proprietary forensic materials.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARCHITECTURE

Ownership: All content, including the V3.12 Fiduciary Pro Forma, Sovereignty Gap Analysis, and the Biometric Energy Architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jessica Jeanne.

License: Clients are granted a non-transferable license for internal departmental use only. Unauthorized branding removal, re-use of ROI Recovery Formulas, or commercial redistribution violates the Utah Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
3. PROFESSIONAL NEUTRALITY & DATA PRIVACY

The Firewall: In alignment with the 2026 Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) and Utah HB0073, we utilize an anonymized Neutrality Firewall for all baseline audits to prevent retaliatory action.

Data Sovereignty: Effective July 1, 2026, participants possess the Right to Correct inaccurate performance data and the Right to Delete processed records within the Sovereign Portal.
4. SYSTEM DELIVERY & MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (MSA)

Fiduciary Authorization: All Phase 1 Forensic Audits and Phase 3 Structural Reconstructions are governed by a separate, high-caliber Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Refunds: Due to the high-velocity nature of capital recovery and the immediate deployment of proprietary infrastructure, all initial audit fees and reconstruction installments are non-refundable once the Phase 1 Mobilization has commenced.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Structural Guidance: Liability for any claim is strictly limited to the fees paid under the current contract period.

Forensic Nature: Materials are for Professional Infrastructure Recovery purposes only and do not constitute licensed medical, legal, or financial counsel.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any structural disagreements will first be handled through Good Faith Mediation in accordance with the Utah Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. If unresolved within 60 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah.
