Service Description
Diagnostic calls must be authorized 24 hours in advance. Please prepare your current departmental employee disengagement and turnover data for the session. This 15-minute high-velocity briefing is the mandatory first step for the Phase 1 Forensic Audit. We will perform an initial scan of your department's infrastructure to identify capital leaks in Leadership Bandwidth and Cognitive Focus. Outcome: Determination of unit eligibility for the full 90-Day ROI Reconstruction. Criteria: Minimum 10 desk-job seats.
Cancellation Policy
01. SCHEDULING & PREPARATION To ensure high-velocity results and protect the cognitive bandwidth of all parties, the following standards apply: Audit Prerequisite: For Strategy Sessions, all preliminary data must be submitted via the Google Share Secure File Sharing at least 24 hours prior to the session. Authorization Lead Time: Briefings must be authorized no less than 48 hours prior to the start time to allow for forensic preparation. 02. THE 48-HOUR RESTORATION FEE Your appointment represents a dedicated block of specialized infrastructure reconstruction. Because this focus cannot be easily redeployed on short notice, we enforce a strict cancellation protocol: Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time are subject to a $150 Administrative Restoration Fee. No-Show Protocol: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in a 100% forfeiture of the session slot and an immediate invoice for the restoration fee. 03. PUNCTUALITY & CONDUCT We respect the [Decision Velocity] of your leadership team and maintain a zero-friction schedule: The 15-Minute Threshold: Sessions will be decommissioned if the client is more than 15 minutes late. A rescheduling fee may apply. Neutrality Firewall: All briefings are conducted under a strict confidentiality perimeter. Professional conduct is required to maintain Atmospheric Health during the intervention.
